Policies

Due to the nature of my business with Skin Beauty Bar DC (SBB) and the ethics of my business, Bri the Esthi, BTE Luxe, I will no longer accept current or previous (since 2020) Skin Beauty Bar DC clients. Any SBB clients new to BTE Luxe interested in booking a service with me MUST book it directly through Skin Beauty Bar DC booking system. 

Your safety and health is my top priority, in order to provide a safe and sanitary service the following guidelines will be implemented immediately:

• As usual, all spaces and implements used in services are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized following each client. 
• Any cancellations on the clients behalf due to a positive Covid test or possible exposure, funds will be refunded to an e-Gift card. Please quarantine for the full 10-14 days. A new appointment may be set within 72 hours of a negative Covid test.
• A face mask can be worn in all common areas of the spa. I will wear a mask during all facial services and upon request.
• As restrictions all over have lifted, please be cautious that Covid-19 and other illnesses are still very active. 
• If you have any inkling that you are under the weather, please contact me immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
• If you have tested positive for Covid-19, please quarantine until you are well. A new appointment may be schedule within three(3) days of receiving a negative test result. 

• When you arrive to your appointment, please wait in the lobby. There is a waiting area and a restroom available for your use and comfort. If I am not available when you arrive, please send a text to 240-763-0190 to check in.
• Please complete ALL forms required for your appointment online prior to your service time.
• Please refrain from bringing any extra guests during your appointment time, any additional guests will be asked to wait in the lobby as space allows. If the lobby is overcrowded, your guest will be asked to leave.
• If you are sick, have any cold and/or flu symptoms, or feeling unwell in general, please reschedule. If there are any signs of illness during your appointment, the service will be cut, and canceled. The cancellation policy will apply.
• A 50% deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit is nonrefundable. You can pay when booking by providing your card information after selecting your appointment slot.  No other deposit payments will be accepted. 
• Remaining balance must be paid by card or cash. 
• Gratuity can be added at checkout or via CashApp ($jooubri), Venmo(@BritheEsthi1), PayPal (esthibri@britheesthi.com), Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash.
• Please contact me immediately if you have any issues with booking. If I am unavailable, please leave a detailed voicemail or text message including your name, requested service, and time.
• There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, late arrival will result in an abbreviated service time and you will be responsible for the full service cost. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. You will be responsible for the cancellation fee. No exceptions.
• There is a 2 appointment rescheduling limit, please try not to reschedule the same appointment more than twice. This will result in forfeiture of your deposit payment.
• No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked.
• No call, no show may result in a ban from future booking. 

All sales on services and retail are final. If there are any issues or concerns about any service or product, please contact me within 72 hours of service or purchase. 

You are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Any last minute cancellation or rescheduling (within 48 hours of the appointment time) will be subject to forfeiture of your deposit payment. No call, no show appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee worth 100% of the service(s) booked.
