Policies

Covid-19 Guidelines

Your safety and health is my top priority, in order to provide a safe and sanitary service the following guidelines will be implemented immediately:

  • All clients must agree to have their temperature taken. If your temperature is 100.4º F or higher, your appointment will be rescheduled following a 14 day wait period. The late cancellation fee will be waived with appointment rescheduling. 
  • All clients must use hand sanitizer provided or wash their hands upon entering the building with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. 
  • Please understand that all hugs, hand shakes, and physical greeting touches will be prohibited.
  • A face mask must be worn in all common areas of the spa. It will only be permitted to be removed once in the spa room, if necessary for service. 
  • If you have traveled within two weeks prior to your requested appointment time, please wait 14 days after your return to book an appointment.

General Guidelines

  • When you arrive to your appointment, please wait either in your vehicle or outside, send a text message that you have arrived, and wait for instructions to enter. Please only arrive at your designated appointment time.
  • Please complete ALL forms required for your appointment online prior to your service time. Clients are no longer allowed to arrive early and wait for appointment start time.
  • Please refrain from bringing any extra guests during your appointment time, any additional guests will be asked to leave. 
  • If you are sick, have any cold and/or flu symptoms, or feeling unwell in general, please reschedule. If there are any signs of illness during your appointment, the service will be cut, canceled, and rescheduled. The cancellation policy will apply.
  • A 15% deposit is required for all appointments. You can pay when booking by providing your card information after selecting your appointment slot. No other deposit payments will be accepted. 
  • There is an extended hours calendar for anyone who cannot make an appointment during my regular business hours. Extended hours appointments require a $25 deposit fee plus a $.75 processing fee that is NOT included in the service charge. Please understand that this is a non-refundable additional fee to what you are paying for the service.
  • Remaining balance must be paid by card or cash. Gratuity can be added online or via CashApp ($jooubri), Venmo(@Jooubri), PayPal (esthibri@britheesthi.com), Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. 
  • Please contact me immediately if you have any issues with booking. If I am unavailable, please leave a detailed voicemail or text message including your name, requested service, and time.
  • Happy Hour appointments, Virtual Consultations, Packages, and Subscriptions must be paid in full when booked.
  • There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, late arrival will result in an abbreviated service time and you will be responsible for the full service cost. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. You can either reschedule or be responsible for the cancellation fee. 
  • No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked and may result in a restriction for future booking. 
  • If you cancel late or no call, no show and your card declines when I go to charge, you will be banned from future booking. 

All sales on services and retail are final. If there are any issues or concerns about any service or product, please contact me as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

You are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Any last minute cancellation (within 24 hours of the appointment time) will be subject to a cancellation fee worth 50% of the service(s) booked. No call, no show appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee worth 100% of the service(s) booked.
