All sales on services and retail are final. If there are any issues or concerns about any service or product, please contact me as soon as possible.
You are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Any last minute cancellation (within 24 hours of the appointment time) will be subject to a cancellation fee worth 50% of the service(s) booked. No call, no show appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee worth 100% of the service(s) booked. An additional, non-refundable inconvenience charge of $20 will be added to all no-show appointments.
