Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments:
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (under 12 hours) may result in forfeiture of deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are non-refundable. Please contact us if you encounter any technical issues.

Retail Items:
All sales are final on skincare and wellness items. Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days for unopened products.

General Guidelines

  • Please arrive solo to your appointment unless otherwise approved. Guests may wait in the lobby if seating permits.

  • If you're sick or showing cold/flu symptoms, please reschedule. Appointments may be canceled on arrival if illness is observed.

  • A 50% retainer is required to book. Remaining balance is due at checkout via card or cash.

  • Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Accepted via checkout, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle.

  • 10-minute grace period is honored. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy will apply.

  • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service(s) and may lose future booking privileges.

  • All sales are final. Please contact us ASAP if there's an issue with your service or product.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours forfeit the deposit (50%).

  • No-call, no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service(s).

Class Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit (50%).

  • No-call, no-show for classes will be charged 100% of the fee.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • You’ll receive a pre-appointment checklist via email after booking. Be sure to avoid actives, sun exposure, or hair removal right before your service.

  • Facials: Every 4–6 weeks or quarterly for maintenance.
    Body waxing: Every 4–6 weeks.
    Facial waxing: Every 2–3 weeks.
    Lash + brow: As needed — lamis and lifts last up to 6 weeks.

  • We ask that clients arrive solo to preserve a peaceful, private environment. One guest may wait in the front if approved and space allows.

  • Yes! Visit our Memberships or Packages page to explore recurring options and glow-up bundles.

  • We honor a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Most services are by appointment only, but you can always DM or call to check availability.
